Today, we proudly recognize an extraordinary milestone as Melissa Tillett celebrates 40 years with Morgan Marrow Company.

Melissa’s journey with Morgan Marrow began in 1985 as a high school intern. After graduating high school, she officially joined the company full-time in 1986, beginning a career that would span four decades and help shape the organization we are today.

Over the past 40 years, Melissa has been a constant source of dedication, professionalism, and leadership. As our Accounting Director, she has played a vital role in the growth and success of Morgan Marrow Company while earning the trust and respect of clients, coworkers, and company leadership alike.

Beyond her contributions to our business, Melissa exemplifies the values that define Morgan Marrow—integrity, commitment, teamwork, and genuine care for others. Her positive attitude, loyalty, and willingness to support those around her have made a lasting impact on generations of employees.

Following a recent celebration luncheon in her honor, Melissa shared a heartfelt message expressing her gratitude:

“I am truly blessed to work for such an amazing company. You have shown me kindness, confidence, trust, and support both personally and professionally over the last 40 years. I cannot thank you enough.”

For nearly four decades, Melissa has helped take care of Morgan Marrow. Today, we celebrate her and thank her for everything she has done to help make our company stronger.

Celebrating Heather Butler – 20 Years with Morgan Marrow Company

This month, Morgan Marrow Company proudly celebrates an incredible milestone — Heather Butler’s 20-year anniversary with the agency. Heather joined Morgan Marrow Company in May of 2006, beginning her career in the mail room. Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for helping others, she continued to grow within the organization, later becoming a Personal Lines Account Manager before ultimately stepping into her current role as our IT Manager.

Over the past two decades, Heather has played an important role in the continued success and growth of our company. Her commitment to innovation, teamwork, and client service has made a lasting impact on both our employees and clients alike.

In 2025, Heather was recognized with Morgan Marrow Company’s prestigious President’s Award — a reflection of the leadership, professionalism, and dedication she brings to work every single day.

We could not be more proud or thankful to have Heather as part of the Morgan Marrow family. Congratulations on 20 amazing years, Heather!
