Morgan Marrow Environmental provides programs and solutions for contractors, consultants and design professionals who have environmental risk exposure. The policy protects the named insured against third-party pollution claims arising from the performance of the covered operations. It covers bodily injury and property damage, including both on and off-site cleanup costs. The insured is protected for work performed by its subcontractors. Both sudden and gradual pollution events are covered, and there is coverage for natural resources damages. Subject to underwriting considerations, this policy is available either on a claims-made basis or occurrence basis.
